Stand inbetween cable crossovers, with a flat bench facing you, start with light weights, about 40lbs on each side to get used to movement. as you are holding the grips bring your hands to your chest and turn around. your arms should now be crossed in front of your body, sit on bench, then lay back. you should now be laying on your back with arms crossed in front of your chest. now kinda like doing a reverse fly movement bring your arms out wide trying to bring them a little past parallel and squeeze your rear dealts HARD, holding for a 3 count....rinse and repeat....
GREAT rear delt movement....try it youll like it...
