smalls... ur sooo cute lol.. u do look like UMA!! beautiful!! well ur abs look flat, thats for sure... but i think u could get a better ab shot if u stood up ya know.. with ur legs crossed u cant see all ur abs . and yea... tense them up like spats pics...looks nice!!

nice abs small...... how long does it take to get your abs looking decent ? and how long does it take to get your lower half to get flat after having kids ???? see before i had my kids everyone said i have a wash board tummy . heheheh i would die to have them back .....

i know im the one with the kids and i was just wondering if anyone knows how long it take for your lower half to get flat again ?

Well in that case Lady-- I have had three, and mine are pretty flat----i thank my lucky genes everyday on that one. Took me about 8 months after my 3rd, to see the abbs poking thru--- and that was due to cleaning up my diet and aerobics.......lots and lots of crunches and sweating. Abbs should be worked like any other body part--- and should get equal time......as say your chest or arms. Of course, like so many people, I fit them in here and there....I am always pushed for time---might have something to do with the 3 kids waiting for me to get done
