Your Cutting Diets

What are some examples of your daily foods when you are on a cutting cycle? I am curious to see because I am having trouble getting 3200 calories in a day without any bad fats and/or carbs. I am at too high of a calorie deficit and am having trouble with my current maxes. Any examples would help.
 
i been cheating like a fat rat last few days but heres a small list

chicken breast
brown rice
low gi fruits and veggies
water
fish
lean meats
protein bars( low carb of coarse)
flax oil (cause you want to up the fat to compensate for carbs)
tuna
cottage cheese (use sparingly)

dieting is not fun

Todays food for you

Met RX
Small serving of oats with 1 scoop whey

5 cans of tuna and 1 handfull of pasta (spread between 3 meals at work)

2 chicken breasts

Workout 7.30- 8.45pm

2 scoops of whey

1 last can of tuna and a bit of peanut butter then bed.

jesus christ... five cans of freaking tuna??? i'm having enuff trouble swallowing one can without any mayo and shit.. back to the drawing board.

Don't ask me what I ate on Monday then. Did 7 cans. It all depends on how serious you are. At the moment i am aming for 300g protien a day and carbs at no more than 100g often only about 70.

Its working I have lost 2" on my waiste and about 5mm of my bi's:D
