Straight forward question: What is the BEST workout music?

My personal preference... deftones/system of a down/slipknot Ironically I hate these bands under any normal conditions... but when it comes down to getting pumped up... they own me

damn... we have had about a million of these polls....Pantera{far beyond driven} Strength beyond strength...check it out

im more into old school rock...led zep, pink floyd...i love dire straits(despite everyone saying they are sad)...best workout song for me is 'one of these days(im going to cut you into little pieces)' by pink floyd...it is also my posing music...stairway to heaven gets me going aswell because when listening to the song and focusing on the set at hand whilst feeling the passion in the music really gets me in the zone...personally i dont like modern bands as i cant find much passion in their music compared with the 3 bands i mentioned (although each to there own)...prodigy are also good to workout to...voodoo people

I get really pumped to NSYNC, Enrique Eglasias, and Brittney....

Awesome workout music! The heavier the better. Danzig is great too

Disturbed, System of a down, rocky, puddle of mud, rage, mostly hard stuff.
My fav right now is disturbed down with the sickness and stupify.

damn straight!...and also some Vulgar Display of power, great souther trendkill, cowboys from hell, and the live album 101 proof....i been listen to this band "40 Below Summer "lately...pretty heavy shit and the singer has a cool voice.

Anyone heard the new neptunes cd? Nerd? It fucking kicks ass... It's what I listened to for yesterday and today's w/o. I like Rage, too. And, don't forget Stevens Brothers :D

Rob Zombie, Godsmack, Disturbed, Tool....maybe even some old school shit like Alice in Chains....can't wait for the new Korn to come out!

dark drum n bass (dom & roland, tech itch, dieselboy, dara), hard industrial (NIN, Marilyn Manson, MDFMK, Ministry), and hard metal (Slipknot, Pantera, Rage Against the Machine)
