You want your drugs back? Vote Ron Paul!

I'm starting to like this guy. I'm not sure how good of a leader he'd be but on the issues he's the only one who hasn't got his head up his ass. His views on the drug laws are articulate, well thought out and logical. Yep, he hasn't got a chance.

Not to turn this into a political debate but the choices of canditates on both sides are a sorry lot. Guilliani used to be a hero of mine, even before 9/11 and he's lost me big time. At first I thought Obama had a presense but he's withering. I think Bloomberg/Hagal as a viable third party entry would be the best thing for the country. And since Bloomberg is a liberal and a business man, we could expect some changes in the drug laws. It just doesn't make economic sense. It's in place mearly to satisfy a few lobbyists and puritanical zealots.

I have done extensive reading up on him and he is a great guy and a solid leader.

He doesn't stand a chance but he has raised over $5 million just on the net and that is more than McCain.

This needs to be a sticky. We all complain about the recent busts etc. and do nothing about it. Supporting this guy and getting people out there to vote is one way we CAN make a difference.

Good post :)

A democratic congress would never repeal the AAS laws it passed. And if he won do you think he would be really be allowed to dismantle the huge organizations that exist only to swallow your tax dollars, with congress and his own party going against him all the time?
