Dude - First you need confidence in yourself. That goes along way. People can read it and women feel it and love it. Care yourself with confidence but don't be a dick about it. Take it easy bruh. First off, you have to be semi good looking to read the following.

Grab a friend and go to a hopping part of your town (college area preferred). Make sure you got a fresh hair cut, a tan, nice shirt (good color) and a worse looking friend than yourself...trust me it helps. Next, take two caps of G or take a Xanax so your calm but ready to handle business. Grab a beer once @ the bar w/ your boy and scout some talent. Since its been a year, look for an AVERAGE to almost ugly chick. Peep out who shes with...hopefully no dudes just bitches. Pick the one that looks like shes hanging back..doing most of the listening...not the loud, crazy, dancing on bar top, and approach her. Grab her by her hand and whisper somethin in her ear. After a while grab the number from her (important) after a little talk (name, why shes looking so hot, why u want to buy her some shots, ect.) Next, walk off but keep her in sight but look like your having fun and very social with others. Glance every once in a while at her and let her see u doing so. Call her once the club closes or they leave and ask them where they're at. BAM you got a shot! ABC's AlwaysBeClosing!!!!!!

I like this post because i have the same problem. Im a pretty good lookin dude but for some reason i almost never carry myself with enough confidence even with my acquired new muscle. But i read this thread and my diets been makin me overall feel better as a whole and ive been goin places and just doin my thing and i noticed girls looking.

Not trying to jack this thread but id like to see some approaching tips! Sometimes i cant think of a halfway non cheesy way to approach a girl and initiate some convo so lets see some of those answers haha
