You do not need to take days off.. and even if you retain water it is still a matter of preference

thanks bro, would there be enough in the bottle for stomach and chest?

bigjim33 said:would it work on the side of your chest near your arm pits, where you get stretch marks, to help reduce some fat. It will probably be effective as fat in that area is often associated with a estrogenic fat storage pattern i don't have a lot there but my stretch marks seem to be where there is a little extra fat. also would it hurt or be bad to put it over stretch marks? It is fine to use in areas with stretch marks.. it may actually help with the stretch marks.. a LITTLE.. as aloe and glycerin will hydrate the tissue
TraxZBT said:i must comment on yohimburn a bit. It's a great product for lower abs and love handles, virtually got rid of everything there. As for the nipple situation-- no change at all. I think i'm just going to have permanently puffy nipples for the rest of my life.... or unti i do surgery..
gonna try the arimidex/nyc combo, see how that works. If all else fails to rid myself of those fatty pockets..... DNP seems to be in the future for me.
macrophage69alpha said:btw- you may want to consider selegine and/or vitex as prolactin levels may be causing "puffyness"

We all do that every once in a while. I just get frustrated when people don't use the search engine.

WormAAA77 said:How about warming the bottle of Yohimburn at low heat on the stove then applying it. Would this open your pores more and pull more through the skin?
BigBluto said:Hey Macro69A. My yohimburn along with my NYC stack and Liquid arimidex (from 'A') Just came today. I have a couple of questions...
1) If I apply it before my workout around my waist, is it ok to put one of those "Fat Belts" (solar sweat belts) around your waist right after, or is there a certain amount of time I should wait? Since those belts make you pour sweat right out of your waist, I'm not sure how that would effect a fresh application of the yohimburn.
use of a solar belt will likely increase systemic uptake (which will increase total yohimbine uptake... but also side effects due to the increased systemic uptake which will LIKELY be disproportionate.
2) I've read that the yohimburn can temporarily bloat the area applied to on some people. My question is, since I will be taking the liquid arimidex (.5mgs ED) in conjuction with the Yohimburn applications and the NYC stack, will that keep my water down if it was going to be a factor from the Yohimburn?
liquidex MAY help with water, NYC will likely increase it, though it does vary.
Thanks bro!

ELLAS said:Hey macro, just curious if there has been any controlled scientific studies does on this stuff? If there has been can you supply a link to it please. It seems like alot of people are having results off it but is it from there dieting, cardio, AS, in addition to the yohimbiburn? I couldn't find any research on the stuff, thanks for your help.

So are you saying that the solar belt might inhibit my full efficiency if I continue use with the two in conjuction with one another? So should I lose the belt?
methblue said:To Macro or Ulter;
My first question is concerning the cycle schedule. I've been reading that people are feeling an uncomfortable amount of water retention during their on days, and really good feelings during their off days -- so what kind of on/off schedule would be advantageous for someone like me who has to go to school/work on a daily basis?
water retention really varies.. but most people dont find it uncomfotable and retention is usually limited, to a great extent to the area of application.. so unless you are apply to the face (where water retention is minimal or none) then it should not interefere with school/work appearance
I dont want to be feeling the effects of water retention for a whole week. I think I read somewhere about a 2 on 2 off? or 2 on, 1 off?
2on and 2off might be the best schedule to minimize water but may not be necessary as the water is not like water from AS-- you dont look bloated as you might from many AS
Also, any proof that liquidex assist or speeds up the Yohimburn process?
yes,as it will minimize estrogen and thus estrogenic agonism and upregulation of the A2
methblue said:. If you dont know what im talking about, im referring to mixing fina pellets with the yohimburn delivery solution.

Macro,
what is the final word on use on the face, aside from under the chin?
as that seems to be the question of the day![]()
HEALTHFREAK said:I just got my buddy to carry it in his nutrition shop in Boston. I picked up to bottles of it and applied my first application to my lower pecs and lower abs yesterday. I used about 1 1/2 pipettes of stuff. What dosage do most of you use?
Paulos said:Question...
I take a shower in the morning, apply the Yohimburn at about 7 am, then shower again at about 5 pm and reapply.
My question is this...does it matter when I do my lifting/cardio or as long as there is a caloric defecit in my diet will my results will be the same?
lungofiron said:Macro, would additional heat assist in yohimburn penetration?

really looking forward to trying the R version of alpha lipoic acid.

jeff224 said:I got my bottle of Yohimburn about a month ago and have been using it on my chest most weekdays before I head to work. I have soft tissue under the nipple and some excess chest fat as well.
well you should definitely see some resolution of the fat, but with puffyness it is less certain
I apply it when I wake up, do cardio about 20-30 minutes after application for about 30 minutes. this is good, but bumping the cardio an extra 10 may make all the difference.. also what intensity? for best fat burning.. interval training 2-3min low to moderate with 30sec to 1:15 min high to maximal I've read the sweating will help with absorbtion, so it is okay that the cardio is intense enough to make me sweat a lot, right? Also, I have a shower shortly after the cardio, so that means I'm having a shower about an hour after applying the yohimburn. Will this cause any problems?a little longer would be better, but this is OK.. waiting 1/2 more may make a difference.. when do you eat?
I have not really noticed any results so far. I do notice when I am retaining water in the nipples because they are a bit puffier and also less sensitive, almost numb, when touched, and just feel different in general. Does the retaining of water mean its actually *doing* something? I haven't given more than I'd say 3 days for the water retention to subside, so I don't really know if there have been actual results.cut back the dosage on the nipples.. retaining water is just a sign of the local presence of yohimbine.. if you have been using for a month on nipples take a week off from applying there.. if no/little change then your puffyness is NOT estrogenic and you will want to you prolactin suppression.. (though if a little change use of small amounts of yohimburn concurrently should be beneficial 1/16 pippette per nipple).. if there is a change continue but at a lower dosage to help with water
are you dieting as well? is there a caloric deficit or are you relying solely on yohimburn?
