Hey Macro, on the days I have been doing cardio and lifting on the same day, I would do cardio before lifting, because I would apply yohimburn before I lefted my house. But today I just started my cycle and would rather lift first and then do cardio. Is the yohimburn only really effective for a certain amount of time after applying. Like if I applied it right before I left my house to go to the gym, figuring it takes 10 mins to get there, then 5 minutes to warm-up, and then say 45 minutes of lifting, so total about an hour before I start the cardio, well, will it be as effective doing it that way, rather than doing cardio first?
