I was one of the first to use YHCL and post results and i do believe its a great product. It is also true that it should be used by BB that have decent BF%, i would say at least 12%. But now that i have school and work i can't get to the gym as much, and i would like to add..
Since YHCL loses fat in those "last few places" I have noticed that where it comes back "first". So my advice would be to stay at it, and keep the diet strict, bc if not you will gain in back in all those places that you work so hard to keep it off.(love handles, lower back, etc.) Just a word of advice...
