Yoga?

Who is into yoga here? It has sparked my interest. I've heard a couple things about it and want to know what the deal was with it. Anyone here doing yoga? And do you take classes or do it from home on some video or something?

keep the flames to a minimum. thank you

you know what? I have been thinking about this for a while recently. I would also like to know about this. I have done a search about it but all I found so far are videos on the exercises, not much "free" info on the internet. it is a belief, like buddhism, I think...

I was taking a "total body flexibilty" class for a while at my gym. It was basically yoga... stretching for about an hour. I've never felt as relaxed after I did after one of those classes. It's too bad the class got cancelled.

Yoga is great for stretching and flexibility. Advanced yoga is very difficult and requires a great deal of strength. A pretty good TV program is "Yoga Zone". While its geared for beginners, some of the movements are very challenging. If I had the motivation, I'd do it every morning.

I went to a couple of classes at the Y since they are free and enjoyed myself highly. Lots of tight ass honey's in there usually.

You are following along with the teach, and don't realize just how stretched out you are getting. Intro is very relaxing but advanced will whip yo ass for sure..

A lot better stretch than the old SIT ON THE FLOOR OF TEH GYM routine...
