clarification:
im not 'new' to training per se, but moreso to diet optimization for gains and consistent heavy weight training: prior to being wiped out for half of last year by some major bronchail/lung problems (will spare the details), I tri-trained 5-6 days a week: bike, swimming, running . Just got really burnt on that and started working with heavier weights while my cardio capacity was still healing and fell in LOVE with it. But because of my illness, there was literally 6 months of last year when I did NOTHING physical - With the exception of that period, Ive trained pretty hardcore for tris for the past 6 years.
Really enjoying some of the diet debates and GL/carb threads on the diet boards right now...
