Thanks Crix. The strength is awesome, isn't it? I am doing Madcow 5x5s, and in each compound movement (Bench, Squat, DL, Row, OH Press) my working sets have gone up at least 20 lbs in each. I am being conservative on these lifts to a degree, trying not to get hurt and holding strict form. My accessory work which varies depending on the compound lift it is mapped to is where I push myself to the brink. These include ab wheel rollouts, good mornings, weighted dips, weighted chins, tricep extensions and bicep curls. You are gonna really start getting strong next week. Week 2 was insane for me and with you test E on board, you will be tossing weights around! Have fun!!
