Before I began my training today I took 2 yellow jackets, I found that I could run twice as much and lift twice as long (with my current wieght). I use to take ripped fuel before working out as it gave me a boost of energy but these yellow jackets seem to be 10x better. Are there any dangerous side affects of doing this? Perhaps from the caffiene, or lifting too much? Thanks
