new here, thinking bout trying a cycle soon. keep writing those comments guys, learning a bunch.

38 yo, newly divorced, 5'11",155lbs, lean. looking to get larger and defined.
 
155 at 5"11 is way light.... my cousin is 5'7" and 150, and hes a twig. You dont need a cycle.. you need food... lots and lots of food =P
 
not really a bodybuilder yet, but i have a lean tight muscular body. 10 years in the making. btw, not rushing into spending $ on scammers, thanks to you guys and the direct talk. research research, then search.

How much larger you looking to get? I am your height and we are about the same age. I am 37 5'11" 225. Post up some pics so we can see where you are at now. At that height I would say you can put on alot of mass.
 
you need to first give the food a go, you will want to see just how many clean callories it will take for you to start to gain weight. If you are doing cardio now or activities that are strong on cardio, cycling, etc. you may need to limit those to see where you are first.
Also, it you haven't found another girlfriend, do that, it may take the weight off you about trying to get a different body...

I would say a low dose test only cycle wouldn't be bad for you. You are light and going natty with good diet is a great suggestion, but a low dose test only cycle with a super diet damn sure won't hurt you at all. At 38 the test will make you feel like a new man. You don't look bad in your pic. Little more mass and harden up, you'll look good.
 
Great advice. Will begin looking around for the test. Really appreciate the help, guess I will need to sign up for platinum now, and keep up in here.
 
if you eat the way you have to eat you will see the gains, and train hard then start a cycle ...you can do all the steriods you want bro but if your diet is not good then the gains wont be great...train hard eat then jump on an all test cycle 500mg test e for 10 weeks with an AI and a PCT...

ya do a little reading on test and sides and all. test only is a really good 1st cycle. and yes diet is key but u are already pretty lean and that is a big plus.

Well at 38yrs of age, he sure as hell sounds like a hardgainer. I've always been a hardgainer also, and people like us ALWAYS have a hard time gaining, no matter how much we eat and supplement. Some people are more gifted than others, so I'd say at 38, you've earned the right to try a little gear if it can help you (and it can), just do a Test Enentate only cycle for 12wks, and follow with proper PCT, and provided you eat plenty of clean calories and lots of protein, you'll easily gain 20 or 30 lbs. If you do a proper PCT you'll be able to retain most of your gains, so make sure to learn as much as you can on PCT.
 
def need to eat. Keep the cals high. Glad to see that you are taking your time to read and research.
 
You guys are great. I am eating half a baked chicken, a can of green beans (not a good cook here), protein shake with 2% milk. I am gonna vomit..
You gonna see this body change...I am die-hard when it comes to making up mind.

Throw 6 egg whites or even better whole, in that prot shake! :p

Carbs are what make your muscle grow. If you eat too much protein, your body will just break it down for energy and strain your kidneys. Now if you're on gear, that's a different story. The guy is 38, and I'm sure he knows a little about how eating affects his body. I'd say 375mgs of sustanon for 10 weeks.

gonna have to disagree krish...i think sust is too gnarly of test for the first time..I am gonna say long acting esters...cyp or Enanthate

WTF.....test is test bro. With sust he won't have to wait as long for it to kick in; plus the dose I recommended isn't very high. He's better off going with short esters so he can stop if he doesn't like the sides. At least this way he gets both esters.
