I am not a real big guy, 170, 32 waist, 5'10". No gear. That one pic makes my stomach look real big but it really is just under 32 inches. Not into contests or anything, just being in shape.Had to use the vid cam to take the pix.

Thanx, that was real nice of you to say. I do train really hard, it'salot harder w/o gear and I've never used the stuff. It's not a judgement, if I could find a good source I might try it, not sure.

I do alot of sets per body part too, 23-25 sets for my shoulders, 20 sets for my chest, etc...
