Xenadrine vs. Hydroycut

Hi there,

I am the newbie from the "New to everything thread" and now have a different topic that I need some feedback on.

I have used Hydroxycut in the past with some results not much but some. Last night I bought a bottle of Xenadrine RFA-1. (Canadian version) and am trying to compare the specs. I cant remember the Hydroxycut specs but Xenadrine RFA-1 has 7.5mg of Ephedrine and that is all the actual numbers they gave

The directions are to take 1 cap every 6-8 hours...with Hydroxycut I was taking 2 caps every 4-6 hours and they were twice as expensive... here is where I need the advice...

1st - I would like to know who prefers what...from what Ive read in other threads is that Xen is prefered by far...(which is why I bought it)

2nd - I would like to know the Canadian specs and US specs to compare.

3rd - I would like to know if it works better in cycles. The bottle says not to use for longer than 7 days. Do most people do a week on and a week off or what? Are there any sides? Just peoples basic opinions, etc.

I would like you to elaborate on why you dont "condone the use of ECA". Like why not?

Where did you get these specs? They cannot be right....?! Like I said two of the canadian caps only have 15mg of Ephedrine. And this is the Maximum strength stuff. (compared to the US version having 335?) They cannot be that different, can they?

I just finished reading that Canada had limits on how much ephedra and caffeine (either seperate or in a "stack") can be had in pills. The limit on Ephedra is 7.5 mg per serving, or pill.

i also notice that Xenadrine are stronger than Hydroxycut. However, people swear on their mother that the latter works for them. It's just too expensive for me, I would opt for the Xenadrine.

I think each persons baseline is different and you have to test it all out to see what works best for you.
For me, it has been hydroxycut...I just recently tried the new RFA ephedra free xenadrine and was like a little ball of fire. I wanted to kill anyone that got in my way.

Must have been hormones?!

Wow that is weird...

You must be right...

I have tried Hydroxycut...and althought I did have some success with it, I found that it was almost twice as expensive...if it wasnt for the dramatic difference in price I probably wouldnt have switched so easily. Also, I seemed to see that out of the people who have written about them on this board, most preferred the Xen.

I've been using the Xen RFA-1 and haven't had a problem yet. I actually dont feel a whole lot different than when I used Hydroxycut. Except I dont have to remember to take them 3x a day. Just 2. And I paid less. Like you said..."Each persons baseline is different". Your right there.

But hey, to each thier own I guess.

Me too, I have used Xenadrine in the past and I liked the results. The only thing I didn't like was if I squatted down to do something at work when I stood back up I was dizzy for a few seconds.

Otherwise I liked the results.

I use Charge by Labrada, feels stronger for me and same dose as Xenadrine, but cheaper.

Hey Me Too!

The only thing I didn't like was if I squatted down to do something at work when I stood back up I was dizzy for a few seconds.

I thought that that had nothing to do with the Xen...Wierd...

Has it happened to you too? I have heard others say the same thing about it doing that to them too.
