Hydroxycut is nice because the doseage is 21 mg of ephedrine in 3 pills. therefore u can take 7 mg, 14 mg, or 21 mg. i am personally very sensitive to ephedrine and i like the idea that i can take just one. U can alsop spread them out and make them last. U'd be surpised hoiw much that 3 mg makes a diff. Ive used both of them and I feel better with hydroxycut.

Hydroxycut

I liked Hydryoxycut alot better... Ive tried ECA Stack (the original one), and it was a little too powerfull for the pill size... Id have to agree with gixx on the Hydroxycut 3 pill version as I found that I could take 2 pills with a pretty good results for a while, and didn't have the limitations of a 2 pill formula (with 3 pills it was just easier to dose). Xenadrene made me too jittery, and Hydroxycut seemed to cut the appetite better. Now Im taking Gut Cutter and it seems to be doing the job so far.

i like both alot but recently i've been using Xtreme Lean....it is a generic version of Xenedrine with the exact same formula....i get it at walmart for about $16 bucks for 120 pills which is like $12 cheaper than xenedrine....best of luck
