Unless you're on a cutting cycle you probably don't wanna use Xenadrine to just cut down a little bit on certain areas. Stick to the cardio and it'll come off.

Cutting gel will primarily cause water loss, not fat loss. It also will do nothing for appetite, which is responsible for probably 95% of the positive effects of most thermogenics.

Do your cardio first thing in the morning if you have a chance. All you need is about 30 min first week and add 5 min every week from there. Xenadrine is also a good idea but make sure to stick to your cardio. Some people take supplements thinking that it'll do the job without any effort. And another thing is your diet. Remember, you are what you eat. Hope that'll help a little
I'm taking Xenadrine on an empty stomach in the morning and then doing 1.5-2 hours of cardio every morning (6 days a week) and it's working really well. Only been taking Xenadrine for 4 weeks though. No side effects so far - so I guess I'm just lucky.
