Hi Everyone, great board!

I have been taking some Xenadrine but it seems like when I am on in for a few days I get a crick in my neck. It has happened consistently 3 times now and I don't get it when I am not taking it. Am I just not burning up that energy or something from the ephedrine and caffiene? Will that go away if I expend more energy to help burn it up?

yes it definitely will increase your energy... its basically speed! but it does affect the nerves thus causing pains

Do you think it could be that I am just not performing enough when I take it? Sometimes I take it to work faster. (I type medical reports...a lot of them). Perhaps if I am sedentery when I do this I am somehow clenching my body or something.

no thats not it... when I yawn sometimes I get cramped up and am in a lot of pain... its definite effecting nerve endings and such... there have been reports written on this in the past..

The cramps are most likely from the diuretic action of Xenadrine. You should drink more water when you are on it to compensate for the water you are pissing out. You won't get the cramps if you drink more.

I get pain in my neck too sometimes. It's your nerves. I have finals coming up, and feel it coming on already. I also get it when I drive... there is so many idiots on the road, that driving from the work to the gym at rush hour makes my bp rise and the xenedrin doesn't help. :alien:

I'm using xenadrine now and I get neck pains. I think its because I toss and turn alot while i'm taking the stuff. I been having the worst nights sleep thanks to xenadrine. I take it now at 4:30 pm for my 6 pm workout and I still cant sleep good!

OKAY...I GOT A CRICK IN MY NECK FOUR DAYS AGO AND JUST STARTED XENADRINE A WEEK AGO...HMMMM

I've tried xenadrine, hydroxycut and adipo kinetix. As far as the neck pain goes i haven't experienced any from thier use. I used them for fat-burning at first but now just to get jacked for lifting. I would suggest to cycle these thermogenics. The body has a high affinity to adapt to these stimulants. it's just like drinking coffee if you have it everyday you end up drinking more to get the same effects. I would use one for a couple of weeks and then switch brands maybe this will take care of your problem. I also heard that adipo kinetix was going to be taken off the market soon.

I guess caffiene and ephedra effect people differently. I have noticed since I stopped taking the ECA and I use Clen, I get shaky and jittery but I don't get the headaches, neck aches and I don't clench my teeth.

Have you got links to these?

Sorry for an old bump, but I took 24mg of Eph last week along with 200mg+ caffeine and had a pain/numbness in left side of neck and shoulder. That was my first dose of an EC stack in 2 months.

Since that day, I have had tightness/tingling in different areas of my body - today it's left side of back. However I have had this over the past four days.

I don't really put it down to the EC stack anymore, I put it down to lack of sleep and stress.

I was wondering though, if I did take EC stack now with my nerves seemingly very sensitive, is that a bad thing?
