How anoying!!! This guy at my work is 34 yrs old ripped up with maybe 10% BF. Every time i look over at him he has a frickin whopper for lunch or a donut in his hand, I just dont get it. I guess some people have genetics and some have to earn them....ughhhh

Yeah its funny some people just have great genetics. SOme people can eat like crap and work out 3 days a week and be bigger than others who are on steroids and eat right all the time...lol
