WTF, so pissed. I lost everything I worked for so hard!

I did my cycle anavar 60 mg and test e 250 mg x week +hcg and nolva for PCT. I was training and eating so hard! I was training 6 times a week 3 hours a day and I went from 177 lbs to 203 lbs. Today I am 3rd week into PCT and I lost over 17 lbs!!! i am 185.6 lbs!!! Although my strength nor libido did not really get affected, my size vanished drastically and now it seems as if I wasted 10 weeks of working so hard. I am scared I am gonna lose another 8 lbs and go back to my original weight, help!
 
how did you change your diet and training when going into pct bro?

First week of PCT I worked out as if i was still on roids. then 2nd week I took time off for my body to rest and this week I was working out at low intensity while eating cleaner yet at similar pace as I was eating while on juice.

Did you bloat much? You don't lose actual muscle that fast... nolva sucks I used it once and lost EVERYTHING!

This is a better pct then I have seen some do.. Still you missed a lot bro. I will say the same thing I just said in another thread.

There's more to recovery than the HPTA and way way more to recovery then Clomid or nolva could ever dream of covering. even if Clomid or nolva were not the
piles of shit that they are. They still could not cover all one needs for PCT.

1.Will Clomid or Nolvadex help with Nitrogen retention and Protein+carbohydrate synthesis. Not a chance!!!
It is a well known fact steroids promote nitrogen retention in the muscles. The more nitrogen the muscles holds the more Protein the muscle stores, and the bigger the muscle gets. Steroids also increase carbohydrate synthesis. More of what you eat is used as muscle fuel and energy.

2. Will Clomid or Nolvadex help with a Euphoria,heightened self-esteem and aggression. Fucking please we all know more then half the people taking them feel like shit
and the lucky ones might feel just ok!
This ones some what self explanatory. You feel like king of the world and life just seems great no matter what happens. Yet the moment you step into the gym you turn into a beast and kill everything in site! steroids give you this and you lose when you come off cycle. No way in hell nolva and clomids helping you get that back.

3. Will Clomid or Nolvadex help with Blood quality,blood volume, and muscle gorging pumps? BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAHAHAHAA LMAO you wish!!!!
Ever notice how quickly the muscle gets full when training on steroids and designer supplements? How you feel like your muscles are going to rip out of your shirt and your veins are going to pop out of your skin? That's enriched blood and blood volume. not getting that back using Clomid or nolva sorry guys!!!

4. Will Clomid or Nolvadex help with maassive Libido,extreme sexual urges, rock hard erections? HMM some say there sex drive is "OK" or "JUST FINE" when taking them
but more people say its in the shitter. Again Clomid and nolva pretty much lose on this one too. Yet another boo hoo for them!!

5. Will Clomid or Nolvadex help with Strength,stamina, and muscle recovery. AAAH if you think so your a meat head.
Oh yes the pounds keep adding up on the bar and we keep pushing out the extra reps. Over and over we kill it in the gym and wake up the next day ready to kill it again. <---not on Clomid ya want, Not on nolva ether. You are lucky if you get to keep some of your gains and thats it.

WOW look at everything one loses when they come off a steroids or designer supplements cycle. It seems crazy to ever thing that Clomid or Nolvadex could cover all of this. That's because they don't. In fact they don't do anything on this list. They are old drugs once used to help recover the hpta and these days there is far better for this. The point is even if your HPTA is recovered, you're missing these vital aspects of steroid and designer supplement use.
And this is why "until now" it has been almost impossible to maintain all your gains from one cycle to the next(because retards kept pushing Clomid and nolva). This is why people who take steroids and designer supplements have always taken 10 steps forward only to end up taking 5 steps back and at times losing even more then that(because retards keep pushing Clomid and nolva) . Until now!!! Finally years later people are starting to see the light. Even if Clomid and nolva did the job of recovering the hpta flawlessly with out causing any other problems ( we all know they do cause tuns of problems) they still dont do one single thing on this list. Not a single one of them.


I suspect its a number of reasons why you have been losing so much.. Some of its bloat but not all of it my friend. You need to get back the nutrition retention most of all I am thinking. With the rapid weight lost that quickly its often part bloat part not getting enough food or body not using the food like it was before.
 
I've run almost same thing and kept most of it. Needto is right, you're probably not eating enough and you're PCT is a little off. Just stay focused keep eating and lifting. You'll keep the rest.

If you don't lose that last8 lbs id say 8 lbs of muscle is a win! especially given the fact that you said your strength is still good.

The obvious question here is are you you still training hard and eating hard?

PCT should be more important than the cycle itself,alot of people get lax after running a cycle when they should be training and eating just as they were on cycle. eventually the body will get used to all that extra muscle and adapt to keeping it!
 
What was your body compostion before and now after cycle. Weight doesnt mean shit.
 
You lost water weight. Run an AI next time. I sincerely doubt nolva had anything to do with it.
 
So am I just a very lucky individual? I've never run more than 2-3 weeks of clomid 50mg/day or nolva 20mg/day and never lost more than a few lbs of water weight. Should I just stick with this since it seems to work so well for me, or should my next PCT be one of these massive, super-convoluted PCT's that's 3x more complicated than the cycle itself was? Just wondering :)
 
The answer IS NOT to blast and cruise.

You need to learn a few things.

Training properly when coming off.

Proper diet.

Proper supplementation.

Proper mindset.

Proper implementation of PCT products.





And one more thing...

u know, I just got back from the gym and I can say that my strength has vanished too. in the last few weeks of my cycle I was doing 65's on each hand of shoulder press and today I could barely do 50's(and even at such low weight my wrist hurts like a motherf*cker. This is really depressing me. All hard work, motivation, confidence had left me and all I can do is to start again from the beginning. Even today guys at the gym told me that i noticeably lost weight. Oh well, next time I will try to construct a better cycle/PCT!
 
I would get a blood panel checked ,plus a glucose reading, there are over 2 million people in the US who have type 2 Diabietes that don't even know it!

if you worked so hard for it, then it wouldnt just disappear like that... people here like to gain an easy 20lbs on juice and then cant figure out why is disappears once the cycle ends...
true hard work is lifting heavy ass weights and eating insane amounts of food, and quality muscle takes TIME to build... we're talking years...
consider yourself lucky if you keep those last 8lbs... that is a lot of muscle to gain...

Keep your diet in check, everybody lose weight while on PCT try to get hold on this 8 remaining lbs
 
this is what happens when you don't build a solid base before steroids.

I've run 2 cycles and kept almost all my gains. my strength dropped obviously but I am still way stronger then before.

blasting and cruising is not the answer I agree with nelson. building a base before steroids is and not screwing up your HPTA making for a fast recovery will ensure you keep most of your gains.

if you cannot handle taking 2 steps forward and 1 step back then steroid cycles aren't for you.
 
Just wondering why some people here are even worried about such a loose of weight? No offence but 26lbs from an anavar cycle with 250mg test is crazy. Like sayed before from others if I had done the same cycle and kept 8lbs id be happy. Keep your training hard and eat like you were still on. I mainly use steroids to keep muscle while cutting and when I come off I hit the bulk straight away to ensure the muscles are getting a new focus. They may miss the roids but they can say hello to food more to make up for part of the loose.

A common mistake is cutting your deit after steroids because people feel they wont need / use as much of the food and dont want to get fat. This is stupid. Your muscles still need to get used to the drop.

In the end Id rather stay at the same weight and add a few lbs of fat than loose alot of the weight and alot of the muscle for vanity. Not saying its the case here but it sounds like it and in most cases is.

Diabetes screws with your sugar/insulin levels. Mess that up and your body will do all sorts of weird things. I suspect from what it sounds like is that most of what you lost was water weight. I did a cycle once, got up to 254 from 217. At the end I lost about 10 pounds in the first couple of weeks, (I reduced my calorie intake) Over the next few months I lost another 10 pounds. I have hovered around that weight ever since.

I suspect the OP eats like a 10 year old girl scout and his anavar was probably dbol.

3 hours a day 6 days a week is gross overtraining.

spend less time in the gym and more time in the kitchen.
 
Welcome to steroids bro when you run a compound that may really be dbol and your gains were mostly water weight and you didn't build a solid foundation first and were inexperienced going into your PCT.

its normal to lose strength ! your test levels were 1500+ then went to <100 and you were carrying water weight which helped your strength even more. what did u expect?
 
If this was your first cycle I'm not suprised you lost a lot of size. The main reason being your body isn't ready to hold unto that much muscle! I blew up 30 pounds my first cycle. I lost most of it even though I did a full pct. It took me a couple of cycles before my body was use to carrying that much extra size!

sounds liek over trainnign tome even on stewroids and if you where trainnign liek this while off then im no serprized you lost it all.

id rc you only train 3-4 times a week (about every other day) and ONLY for 30-60min NOT 3 hrs .

google "DC trainning"!
i do somthing liek that and many other also and it works nicly.

you grow WHEN RESTING nor when in gym.

and when off cycle you should be altering how you train as apposed to on cycle.
look into need2slin .
its a very nice product you can use on or off cycle for more gains and help keep fat off also.

dont knwo what yoru complaing about with sucha mild cycle and keeping 10lb. could have been a bit more probibly if trainning wat fixed upa bit.

you realixe HCG during PCt is NOT a good idea and will only make recovery harder right?
during cycle or during end of cycle say, last 5 weeks leading up to BUT NOT INTO pct would be best. (this is how i rec it)

Agree there. HCG should be run to help you when you hit a PCT, not run and used as part of your PCT. A few weeks posisbly but PCT should defo last longer than the HCG itself.

I think tbh all this topic comes down to is the mistake new users make to muscle mass and water mass. If you think your body is going to naturaly hold all the water after cycle your just kidding yourself on. The amount of weight also from water was crazy from test and anavar alone. Anavar strength is also 90% keepable so Im wondering if your anavar was infact dbol??

I'm a classic ectomorph I put on just over 20lbs last sust course I ran for 8 weeks and only lost 6lbs and all I had for pct was nolva and clomid now just under 200lbs and I loose 2lbs sleeping I thought I had it tough sorry to read your story bro
 
Nolvadex works great for me but never as a stand alone pct. clomid, forma stanzol, unleashed, post cycle, hcgenerate, this time I used clembuteral. Lost weight but look great.

If you don't lose strength, then you don't lose muscle, you lose only water. What's the matter then? Do you want to be an athlete or a water ball?
 
Right now I'm on 200mg deca once a wk and 400mg t400 2 times a wk and 20 mg anavar 2x Ed. Not sure what to do for pct and this is EXACTLY what I'm affraid of. Any suggestions? I was gonna run nolvadex and hcg. Fk nolvadex now tho lol.
Also I just ran out of t400 on my 7th week any suggestions as to what to substitute in place of the t400? Sust 250? A different test?
