Wtf i farted out blood and the doctors dont know what is wrong with me, help !!!!

just to echo what others have said, i'd be more worried about dark blood or dark stool. that usually means some type of internal bleeding coming from your colon, stomach or throat

bright red blood could have been a blood vessel or something harmless that already healed. i would follow up with a specialist or do another scope in the near future.

if they shoved a scope up there and didn't find anything then the blood was probably coming from the rim of your anus or some other shallow place up there. lol, which is a good thing.

I don't know your age but anytime you are bleeding from the rectum it could be serious, I'm not trying to scare you but a colonoscopy might be in order, I had colon cancer in 04 and the 1st thing i had happen was a small amount of blood from the rectum. At least with a colonoscopy you will know that everything is fine and it only takes a day out of your schedule. Better safe than sorry. I just had one done 2 days ago and it took about 20 minutes for the procedure, its the prep thats a pain in the ass.

Those of you unfamiliar with this, the medical community suggests all males with a family history of colorectal cancer over the age of 40 should have a colonoscopy.

IMO, it would be better for you to start earlier around the age of 30-35. This is especially for those of you who have a personal history of potential indicators such as polyps, hemorrhoids, and or rectal bleeding.

Ive been shitting quite abit of blood out for about a year when i shit. It actually like splats around the toilet bowl haha. Im sure its a tear in my Oring or whatever. Im not scared of it, but someday ill propably go in and get it sewed up by a colorectal surgoen. As of right now i have alittle bit of a high red blood cell count.. figure i might as well bleed it out for awhile. haha
Hope yours isnt anything to serious though man.

Ok. A few questions.

- Do you have a family history of Colorectal cancer?

- Do you or have you ever had hemorrhoids?

- Have you ever had stomach ulcers?

- What was the color and texture of the blood in question? Did the blood look as if it was fresh (bright red and thinner) or was it coagulated (darker red and kinda thick/chunky)?

- When you were probed by the Dr., did he notice any anal polyps or fissures?

I don't beleive that my family has any history of Colorectal cancer. I have had hemerrhorids before, yes almost a year ago now. I don't have any stomach ulcers. The blood was dark red and it had a real potent blood smell. The blood could be smelled from a few feet around me i'm sure. It was not chunky, but more think like pudding or a little thinner in texture. Maybe it was a blood clot? I don't know. He didn't tell me anything about anal polyps or fissures. To be honest i'm not even sure what those are.

Today I'm fine and i'm in no pain. I took a dump and when I checked out my crap, it was normal. No blood and no chunks of anything except poo.

My pee is very clear like water, so nothing wrong with my urin that I know.

I ate a big breakfast this morning and it's settling well, so no stomach issues.

I'm extremely curious what the hell happened to me.

When i see the ass doctor i'll tell update the thread on how it went. I'm hoping he will find nothing wrong. I'm sure everything is ok, because my poo is normal and i'm feeling ok.

I can only guess it was a blood clot and it got ripped when i stressed the body "a little too much"

I googled ass probes and saw some the size of a fist. Man, i'll be walking funny for a few days after he crams that in my tight little ass.

ps.. The doctor i'm going to see is an old man and yes, he is the ass man.

No discomfort when i take a dump, no. It feels normal. I'm sorry you have been shitting out blood for a year. I hope this doesn't happen to me. I would have them cut me from my hole to my lower back and check every part in me to see what the problem was.

I'm thinking what your thinking and it'd just a tear, hemroid or something. I have no idea what it is, i'm just hoping for the best and it's something as simple as that. If i have ass cancer i'm going to freak out so hard. I have a wife and kid i'll be leaving behind.

Most likely a broken blood vessel from strain. It's probably nothing. Take it easy for a while. If it occurs again, go back to the doc.
