Wrist help

If u think its serious get it checked by a MD ...
If painful ice it after workouts ...
Get wrist wraps, see if pain subsides after awhile ...
 
i have problems with my wrists too..and all pressing movments with barbells have been eliminated from my workouts.

Good point.

If your wrist keeps bothering you then get some wrist wraps.

The longer wraps work better.The 24 inch ones work for me.

Like Rémy said though,if it doesnt get better see the doc.
 
Thanks everyone......ive switched 2 dumbell bench and there is no pain. Heck, they say DB bench is better anyhow.lol
