wrong product received
- follow up call resulted in the promise of correct product to be shipped.
- second follow up call resulted in the same promise.
- 1 week later, I got a refund to my cc, but was not notified
- got no reply from any email
billing to wrong address (resulting in order fail)
- they have current address, they just screwed up.
packages shipped days after order placed
- after I gave them the correct address (again, they already have it), they waited 2 days to ship.
no reply to emails
- Again, I tried to email and it was ignored.
no more bulknutrition. They've screwed up my last 3 orders. When my order is messed up and I have to go to GNC, I lose money instead of saving.
