Ok, imagine this scenario. Suppose that our bodies would not be the incredible adaptive organishm, physically speaking. If a person would lift weights, their bodies would not change asthetically, and other peole would never tell that a person works out, even if that person has been through numerious steroid cycles and many years of weightraining.
Would you still lift if the only advantage of weightlifting was
strength, and not mass.
Obviously this question is biased toward powerlifters, but it will separate those who consider lifting their lifestyle, and those who consider it to be a hobby.
So let's see who the people here really are.
