I asked about nonoxynol-9, and was told that it works IF it contacts the HIV. But friction, moisture, or breakage could all fail that, too.
you are absolutely right about those facts....anyone who voted yes in this poll is insane. talk about russian roulette!!!!.....and if someone is HIV positive, who's to say what else they have as far as STD's go......condoms do not prevent all contagions.
