No...I have a source by the Red Cross (which I confirmed by calling the CDC to double-check the facts on this) that found that natrurally-occuring pores in LATEX condoms were 50-450 times lareger than the size of the HIV virus. As one Red Cross source said, "That's comparable to passing a ping pong ball through a basketball hoop."

I asked about nonoxynol-9, and was told that it works IF it contacts the HIV. But friction, moisture, or breakage could all fail that, too.

okay, this is what i know, if it's worth anything.... there are lots of STD'S that can be transmitted through condoms, HIV is passed through fluids therefore you can't catch it with a condom....crabs no no barriers through latex my friends
