So you above all go for looks, not that that you arent alone in that, but what if irony of life happened and something like you were in a car accident and facially disfigured. How would that affect your self esteem knowing that you judged guys so much by their appearance and now you werent attractive.

You misquoted me. My PC gave me a warning that it was going to shutdown so typed something but not the all of what I wanted to say. I already modified my post and that is how I feel.

If I had something special with someone I would let nature take its course. I have never dated anyone who was chubby but if I liked that person I would definatley give him a chance.

Anyway if someone does not like me ,accident or not, that is OK, in life I cannot make everybody love me and I am sure I will survive.

yep. I was obese. not a doubt in the world. 34%+ body fat and there is not one moment that I would have fucked me. Not even one.

Vel knows i was a stand in for the Michelin Man and that as an ex tub'o'lard i should have been more sensitive. The thread is about if i would have sex with her in her current shape, and the answer is empaticly NO. I'm not unsympathetic myself. I'm not judging the girl, I took the question to mean would I find her sexually attractive. She looks disproportionately bottom heavy from what I can surmise from the pic, and that would most certainly be unattractive. Some people carry it better than others. My ex could put on 40lbs and still look smokingly hot out of her clothes, and she was only 5'4ft.

I put on 35-40 lbs myself after my accident, and I do recognize what it does to ones self esteem. I think about it actually every time I'm tempted to indulge in excess. I worked hard to get it off, and I don't want it to go to waste.

I'm mostly a face guy, and of Mediterranean decent, so the girl has to be pretty heavy for me to be tunred off, especially if she has a gorgeous face.

No but it is insulting to anyone that had to look at themselves and say, "self you're a big fat pig whatcha gonna do about it?"

That's really what I'm getting at.
And being a fitness board the concept is to encourge people to try and better themselves and not make them feel worse about themselves or make them feel discouraged about their progress.

Perhaps I'd be more sympatheitc to your positon if profanity laced tirades against actual female members from the top down were treated more consequentially.

At the moment potentially hurting the feelings of some hypothetical poster who may or may not share a similar body type to this woman strikes me as somewhat less than pressing.

As someone that packed on 30 pounds of fat after a car wreck, thought I lost an entire future in figure skating in my mind at time because of injury, depression and zero support from my coaches - I find it pretty offensive to assume that this girl - or any fatass on this board can't change themselves into their former self or a better version of themselves is disrespectful.

Take a good look around - read the women's board sometime and you'll note at least 75% of the women on this board have been FAT in someone’s eyes during some period of their lives.

Women don't say anything here because they're too damn afraid to be judged or looked down upon because even if FAT is past tense, you were once fat and someone looked at you and thought at least once "she'd be hot if she'd lose some weight".

So I'm telling you from personal experience that shit never leaves you because believe me you never want to go back to that FAT place again. Frankly, I have no problem sharing this because fat, skinny or athletic (I've been all) there’s not a person here that can judge me harsher that I already have myself in my life time.

women unfortunately are at a very tough position in society where so much of their status is based on looks. I try to be encouraging to all my female friends and if offer to make them programs and help with diet whenever they want.

Its just hard for women in college, commiting to a strict exercise/diet program is not condusive to their generally over-busy schedules.

And if it were in the womans forum it would most certainly be inappropriate.

I just don't think anything untoward was intended, and while I understand your attempt to raise consciousness of the issue, I suggest there aree more immediate areas of concern.

women tend to take on busier schedules in college - so I've noticed. I also think men have faster metabolisms than women.

gracias hombre, i thought we went over my Extralard size times...

mid 30s fat percentage, mid 40s waist size, upwards of 285lbs at 6'.. pretty scary... the fact is that most people at that level of personal disarray are not attractive on multiple levels, not the least of which is that they dont find themselves in the least bit desireable... a very unattatractive trait to say the least.

Ender: why set a personal worth based on others views or attitudes toward your physical appearance? are you kidding? I have met two people in my life that i can say absolutely have no external influences that either add or detract from their self image. Are you suggesting that you are free of any societal or personal external influences that affect your view of yourself? I'm not a chubby chaser....I just don't write them off the list simply based on that. You can be 200 lbs and sexy as hell or 110 lbs and butt ugly.....or 200 lbs and heinous.

I wouldnt care a wit about if she was overweight if I had the chemistry with her. That said the woman that Id click with would have drives and if she was unhappy with her body image I would support her as I would want her to be healthy and that means of ideal body weight. The personality is everything for me now, my days off trying to sleep with a different girl every night are over.
More important things than that, once it was all about the numbers, quantity and close to a ten when possible, lower ratings after drinking. Now I cant stand to be with a woman that I dont mesh with her personality regardless of how hot she looks, life's too short. Fortunately I mean alot of attractive females that have great personalities, but I dont try and sleep with them, that seems to make the friendships much stronger and life much easier.
Any overweight person with the good support and education and drive can lose all of their weight and look great, its very simple IMO and have seen many people do it.
Alot of women its an escape to eat and make her feel better, a vicious cycle, with support and caring that cycle can be broken in most cases.
