People recommend eating every 3 hours.
Would it be good to eat the same calories you would every 3 hours, but spread out into 1 hour instead?
Example: Instead of eatting 300 calories every 3 hours I would eat 100 calories every hour for 16 hours a day for 1600 calories total. (I'm cutting weight btw).
