I'm game for a challenge. I just started bodyf or life last monday. so, I am on week 2. Right now, I feel fairly well. But i will post more later. I think it's a good idea!
I haven't seen abs in years so this was an experience.
I started a huge change in diet back in Feb for health reasons- I found I had certain food allergies and because of that, I had removed a lot of foods from my daily eating. Then I starting getting curious to see what I else I could do and since I had started roughly 13-15 lbs more than I usually was I had nothing to lose (no pun intended? well maybe) in doing so. Mid way through I started to debatedoing a figure competition next year and I wanted to see if I had it in me anymore to diet like a crazy person.
So, really all I ate was fish, (some chicken and eggs) rice, veggies and fruit. Dropped the fruit and rice in the start of May and the weight just dropped right off. Yesterday was the first crazy meal I've had in a long time and margaritas - ahhhhh yum.
So I'm babbling.
Seriously - if you need any moral support I'm right here and fresh off of getting over a few days where I was sure I was going to lose my mind if I didn't get a slice of pizza or a big fat juicy burger - immediately.
You just have to take every day as it comes and do your best for that day and that will inspire you to find the strength to get through the next.
leaving for cancun june 4 and will be back on the 13th-would love to start the challenge too. Need to lower body fat from 18 to as low as I can go! See ya then

Lushbod Have fun in HAwii....my goals? i want to lower my bodyfat, and build up my whole body, and Daisy girl----u have awsoem hams....acutally u ahev an awsoem body, u worked hard for it, congrats!!! i want her legs!! lol.....i want to lose 10lbs of fat....in about 5-10weeks.....adn see from there...Lushbod..what r ur goals??

My goals are to lose around 15lbs of fat, even increase muscle by 10lbs who knows and lower my body fat from 23% to 13%. Have no idea what the scale would say if i reach those goals. At the moment I'm 5 10" and 142lbs.
Coming out of long time lurkingdom to say "Hi" and I'd like to join you too! My w/o's haven't been what they should for a while because my back has issues, but a challenge is just what I need! I'll post goals and stats later.
