Would 200mg a week of test support agressive cutting?

1) Would/should I get any bloat whatsoever from 200 mg/week of test cyp?

2) Would such a low does still protect against muscle loss with a 1,500-2,000 calorie/day diet?
 
You will not get bloat at that low of a dose. That is a typical TRT dose and IMO its great. Yes, that dose is perfect for muscle growth and rejuvenation. I commend you for not going overboard on the doses and instead starting out low and building quality muscle.

I think this is based solely on his cycle history and dosages on those cycles brah he needs to post more info.

with low/moderate doses, arimidex is the best imo, so yes. At doses way over 500test/wk one might consider a stronger AI like letro.
Still, if you want "aggressive cutting" I'd suggest you throw in some T3 and increase test to say 400/wk. Which of course does not mean you then don't need a good diet and a training program, this is basics, and I just assume that anyone who considers using drugs has this 100% optimised (at least they should, unfortunately some don't)

Armidex would be great and probably not needed however its good to have on hand. 40 to 60 mg of Anavar would really kickstart things and you would be extremely happy with the results as long as your diet and training are in check..
 
1) depends on the the person.. a person can still get bloat to a low dose of test.it depends how they react to it.Cuts down the chances a great deal

2) Yes it will help u retain muscle on cal restriction
 
when i run test i run it at 500mg a week and it gives me the munchies bigtime.. the 3 AAS that give me the munchies are deca, dbol, and testosterone.. combine all 3 and you will grow huge mass like a weed.. but you will also put on body fat. i went from 7% to 17% on that stack over the course of 6 months running it back to back.

if you want to run something and it be calorie restrictive then primo is your best bet. 100mg a day if you can afford it

As far as primo goes, I'm trying to stay away from DHT-based stuff. Gear doesn't make me lose hear, but I see no need to poke the bear.
 
^^ most guys say it suppresses the appetite. a lot of var is packed with corn starch so that plan could backfire, a lot of guys bitch that var doesn't do much for them in that department cause of whats used to bind it with including lactose too which bloats the shit out of a lot of guys.
 
I did a very aggressive cut (cyclical keto diet, 2200cals/day starting at a weight of 252) using 250mg of test per day along with 2iu of GH and 12.5mcg of T3 daily. 200 will do the trick to preserve your muscle mass. I never experienced hunger elevated beyond what I'd normally expect on such a diet from the test.

IMO, you should save the var to allow you to put on some muscle after the cut is complete on a clean food moderate growth diet. As per your question about whether 40mg of var per day would do anything, if it's quality, you're darned right it will! At the end of my cut (got down to a very lean 202), I added in 300mg/week of EQ to my 250mg of test and did an 8 week run of var at 40mg per day. I went from 202 to 216 and did not need to move up a size in jeans (stayed at 32)

The 200 test and 40 mgs of var would be a great cut cycle for you bro being you use such moderate doses

bro if a pill weighs 250-500mg total and all of it was cornstarch, how many calories do you think that'd be? That's like 1-2 calories total.


40mg/day of var and 200mg/week test cyp should be solid at your age.

Cut out carbs to stay dry looking.
 
200mg will be fine ,if you want that dry look get Forma Stanazol
Var will supppress your appetite sonewhat ,but will add finishing touches at the end of the cycle, plus Forma is anabolic itself so expect some more lean muscle from it as a bonus!
 
i would run test prop at 100mg EOD for 8 weeks and the var @ 60mg ED .
forma stanzol like RADAR suggests too.
after pct jump on some SARMS for 4 weeks... bingo ! :)

it also depends on your current bf%

cutting to 10% is easy

getting to 8% is harder especially without losing muscle

getting to 6% without losing muscle is very very hard.
