Worth reading

I want to thank everyone for their support. Greg, buddy, I hear what you're saying and that means a lot to me. Be careful with the Cipro, I read of a few people who didn't have the bad reaction the first, or even second time taking these drugs. You may be one of the lucky ones, but to be honest, I doubt this drug is safe for anyone. What I've read doesn't sound like these adverse effects are due to allergic reactions at all. Indeed, it sounds more like an extreme invasion on the body by a highly toxic sustance. The woman I spoke to about her son dying from it said he didn't have the bad reaction until 4 days on it. Now does that sound like an allergic reaction to any of you? My understanding of an allergic reaction in an immediate, as well as severe reaction.

gUiLe I'm sorry you had to go through that bro. Hopefully your post will further help educate the bro's on here about that poison. Thanks so much for sharing that.

Today I'm no better unfortunately, and in fact in some ways feel much worse. Unfortunaltely I can't even sit up for more than 20 or 30 minutes without feeling so fatigued I have to lay down. My lungs are feeling really messed up as well. I just hope I'm not relapsing with the respiratory infection, but it feels like I may be. Right now, I'm pretty scared. I'm sorry, I certainly won't keep harping on my condition, however, I just want to make every effort to make sure this does not happen to any of you.

Again, to *everyone* here, I thank-you for your thoughtful words of encouragement.

All the best,
Scott

One last thing if I may. The latter part of James 5:16 says "the prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective." If any of you believe in prayer, please do so for me.

My prayers are with you dude. By any chance did you have
x-rays on your chest? I was out of work for 3 1/2 months due
to an upper respiratory infection that turned into RAD. That
stands for Reactive Airways Disese. That is a DIRECT result
from being caught in the 9/11 tragedy. I was exposed for
a long time that day as I walked on the FDR and watched the
2nd bldg collapse. I NEVER had any breathing problems before, but about two weeks after, I came down with them. It got to
the point where I could barely breathe!! I was put on 2 courses
of Prednisone and 1 course of Methyl-Prednisone. I am now
useing Advair (inhaled powder) and albuterol. I will now have
asthma for the rest of my life as a result of 9/11. I am glad to
be alive! Get a 2nd opinion.....QUICK
