There is some bullshit going on here because this product has 30 grams of fat equating to about 270 calories NOT 140. That equates to about 42% of the meals cals coming from fat.
The high sodium is telling me that its probably a microwave meal -there will be other additives that they don't have to include in the values table.
I suppose that if you are eating 6+ meals a day, then one can be crap, like this. But this is the kind of thing that I would tell my girlfriend off for if she brought it home. I suppose that eating it is better than skipping the meal, but like someone else said, I wouldn't PLAN it into my diet unless I really liked it and it was a treat.
