I am a 20 yr old university student who has been lifting weights for a year and a bit. Currently i am doing one body part a day for six days on and 3 days off. I am doing farily heavy weights and 4 to 5 at 8-10 reps sets. I find that i am building good muscle with this routine, but i am curious how long i should do it for. I am thinking around 4 weeks and than going back to a 3 day workout schedule. Or do you think my body can handle that amount of stess.
