Workouts you enjoy doing that are not the typical...

Just looking to see what some isolation/ compound workouts people like other then the usual (Bench,squats, deads, military press etc.)
My favorite workouts to put in are Arnold shoulder press, dumbell curls with an outward twist at the top (I think there called a zotman curl, cant remwmber), & reverse grip dumbell chest press.

Feel free to join in even if you enjoy doing the typical workouts with a twist...

deadlifting the golf cart full of my co-workers and pushing around forklifts... digging post holes...
i would consider almost any gym lifting typical, however zercher squats/deads, neck curls on the ham machine and pistol squats on a half ball do come to mind...
 
Ive been adding box jumps in lately,I use to do them all the time in college and for a dude thats 5'7 I had a huge vertical. now that im focusing on training for my job and not so much vanity I need that explosive power
 
Kb swings and snatches. All sorts of random complexes and circuits for conditioning.
 
This is my on the quick shoulder workout. (15-20 minutes)

Warm-up first

Giant superset of 5-6 reps heavy DB shoulder presses
10-12 reps moderate front raises
20-25 reps light lateral raises
2 minutes of abs
REPEAT 3 TIMES
