Most of my workouts are 1.5hrs to 2hrs long
This includes warming up, stretching, and foam rolling too so it's not 2 straight hours of lifting. I have no problems with 2hrs this way.
Guys, guys, guys. No one gives a f**k how long you're in the gym. Heck, my gym owners in their 12 hours a day but he owns the place and works there.
ALL that matters is results. So 45-minutes or two hours - it doesn't matter. Did you hit the planned numbers of sets, reps, weights? Was your heart beating long and hard? That's what matters.

4+2+2 = 8 x 1 minute per set (it's less but anyway) + 8 x 5 minutes 'rests' = 40. Total 48 minutes (8+40). Assuming you might have a sip or two of water and might need to wait for and or set up equipment and it's MILE from 120 minutes.
Maybe 60 minutes more or less. What are you doing for the other hour.
And why do you think taking a drug such as a Sarm will mean you can stay in the gym longer. Heck, why would you want to stay longer?
