After seeing the bashing Rico took on his workout, I'm beginning to think that maybe I'm not training hard enough. Please review my workout and bust my ass if I'm being too slack.
All sets 10,8,6,max (unless otherwise noted), I would consider each set to be intense.
Monday - Triceps and Biceps - standing dumbell curls, preacher bench dumbell curls, hammer curls, wide grip barbell curls...close grip barbell bench, tricep pushdowns, overhead individual tricep dumbell presses.
Tuesday - Chest - barbell Press (12,10,8,6,3,2), flat bench dumbell press (10,8,6), incline dumbell press, dumbell flys, bar dips, lying straight arm extensions.
Wednesday - Legs - either squats or lying leg presses (10,8,8,6,6), leg extensions, hamstring curls, calve presses.
Thursday - Back - wide grip pulldowns (10,8,6,6), closegrip pulldowns (10,8,6,6), seated rows, bent over rows, barbell pullups (traps), shoulder shrugs.
Friday - Shoulders - seated dumbell overhead press, seated lateral raises, standing straight arm dumbell front raises, rear deltoid pull backs (on dec machine).
Abs I do on Tuesdays and Thursdays...I haven't been doing cardio because I have a fast metabolic rate and I just ended a bulking cycle.
Saturdays and Sundays are off days.......only eat, eat, eat.
