how many days per week is it ok to work the forearms? I remember bruce lee working them 5 days a week...but he was also a heavy overtrainer. He did have huge forearms though..
your forearms are like your calves. If you are having problems with the area, train them three days a week. Have you ever heard of anyone overtraining their forearms. . . I think not.
i dont train my forearms often enough, but i figure that when im curling or doing dips, or any other upper-body exercise, my forearms are doing some work, correct me if im wrong
Just do some wrist curls and reverse wrist curls with whatever weight you feel comfortable with. Work them to fatigue, not a big workout, you can add it in most anywhere.
