Lao Tzu New member Oct 12, 2002 #1 how, pray tell, do you exercise your calves if you don't have the specialized equiptment. The calf muscle is incredibly strong, so i am confused on how to work them w/o being able to put 500 lbs or so on them. . How do i work my frontal calves?

Optimus B New member Oct 12, 2002 #2 try going on a stair and doing one-legged calf raises through an exaggerated range of motion. it may be only a bodyweight exercise but after say 40-50 reps your calves will be on fire!
