Well for me I dont gain a whole lot of actual weight but my muscles seem to fill up real nicely after a layoff that long. By the way I was not trying to be a dick. The post was just a bit confusing thats all.
I believe the concept you are referring to is "muscle memory". While I am not sure how much weight/muscle you could expect to gain in such a short time, I would expect to gain most of it back.

na i didnt think u were trying to be a dick, i knew it was confusing because i couldnt think of the correct words to write it.
but the reason i ask is because ive gained 14lbs in the last week and 5 days. i was wondering if the dbol i was on was real or not because i dont really go on breaks for that long and i didnt know where my strength stood when i started to work out again and i lost 25-30 lbs of muscle on my break. im taking the dbol to kick start me getting back into working out and get where i use to be
I know this didn't happen in one week, but the bulk-up that Christian Bale did after The Machinist was amazing. Talk about muscle memory... I wonder how much he gained per week.
