make sure you are really hitting all areas of your core... this is a common mistake that i often see where people tend to stick with just crunches in different ways but fail to really work their obliques, lower regions etc... there are millions of different movements and exercises... things like burpees, stability ball, bosu ball, etc... really work the core and can hit all the areas... i would also recommend n2guard usage... it contains dandelion root which helps to rid your body of excess water in a natural way and you don't have to worry about sustainability like you would with a diuretic as well as the safety involved from long time usage... you don't want to drain your body of its water but you also want to stay dry...
