the rear delts are worked anytime you do pulling movements (back work).
but for very well rounded rear delts you MUST do some isolated rear delt exercises. you must!!!!!!!!!!!!!

but i sometime do em on delt day.. all depends on my training rotation that week.
the machine reverse fly's are my favorite, although many the same movement via free weights... i prefer the machine!!

EXACTLY.... Great advice Satch, too many people neglect their rear delts, and this is IMO one of the main reasons so many people get shoulder injuries-due to the muscle imbalance. Remember, front delts are not only worked on shoulder day, but on chest/tri days as well. Any type of bench press movement, especially flat and even moreso on inclines, hits those front delts HARD. Make up for these imbalances by incorporating rear delt movements, such as reverse flyes on a machine, or with dumbells, in your shoulder day. I suggest doing them FIRST every other week or so... I dont understand this... Deca is deca is deca, just as EQ is EQ is EQ. Unless Wotan or whatever is creating diluted, underdosed, or mislabeled products, then 600mg deca is 600mg deca, all day, every day. Same for EQ.
