Womens Epi strong log

This will be my first official epi strong log.
I will be running it at 5 mg for 6 weeks but might bump up the dosage if I see I platue.
I will be taking bridge as my pct
I'm 5 feet tall 0 inches
110 pounds
13.79 % body fat according to a dunk test.
I'm training 4-5 times a week
I have adjusted my macros and caloric intake for a lean bulk :-)
My goal is to gain some noticeable size and strength while maybe loosing some body fat!

Today was my first time taking it and I haven't felt any obvious difference lol
Ill update whenever I can which will probably be often since I'm a stay at home mom :-)
 
First week is almost done :-)
I haven't noticed significant changes, the only things that are different are
- hungrier than normal
- more energy at the gym
- higher sex drive

No side effects what so ever and hopefully they won't appear until later durring the cycle because I am running it at such a low dose
 
I have pretty normal skin.
I break out occasionally with a couple pimples here or there.
I'm not supper worried because this could just be a normal occurrence :-)

Just, checking in. So far no side effects with taking 7.5 mg a day.
It's almost been 2 weeks so I will weigh myself than :-)
 
I also woke up today with some pimples on my face :-(

Vitamin B5 will help...also if you increase dose and start to get muscle pumps then Taurine to help that, otherwise will keep checking in from time to time as well.

Thanks I'm definitely picking up the vitamin b5 today to help :-)

I'm curious to see what I could use as a bridge in between cycles?!
 
Ok update time guys!!
No new symptoms, everything is the same! I'm taking 7.5 mg a day!!
-hungrier than usual
-higher sex drive
-acne (not a lot)
-harder muscles
-more focus and energy at the gym
-I'm able to do more sets/reps with weights

My weight is up to 114 which is crazy because its hard for me to gain weight.
I've been eating clean the whole time so I think it's muscle gain!! Woot woot!!
 
3 weeks :-)
Everything is the same except now I get much more intense pumps at the gym!!
My strength is slowly increasing :-) loving this cycle!!
 
Hello everyone I decided to end my cycle yesterday at 5 weeks because I started getting horrible acne :-(
Other than that no voice issues or anything.
I gained 15 pounds on cycle and am really pleased with the results :-)

15 lbs in 5 weeks? Wow!! Impressive! Were you eating a lot more? Keep us posted on the post cycle stuff.. How long the acne stays around etc.. I'd be curious!
 
Yeah I was eating like an animal, 95% clean though so not much of it was fat gain :-) I increased my caloric intake. I'm so happy!!!
So far I'm taking two n2 bridge caps a day :-) so far I still feel like I'm on the cycle no decrease in strength or weight!!
I woke up and did a face peel to clean out my pores and it has helped my skin immensely!!
I'm goin to get some sarms osta and run that once I'm done with bridge.
I would run gw too but I'm running low on funds now that schools going to start soon, school supplies aren't cheap lol
Another log will come once I start doing osta.
 
I usually get really bad acne either while on or after, sometimes lasting months. I started using the Glymed Sal X cleanser and their Number 5 toner. You can only get it from a professional but it's been amazing, it started working literally over night.
