Women put make-up on their tits? WTF?

The other day this girl that works at the tanning salon I frequent bent over the desk right in front of me....needless to say I got a pretty decent view. What really intrigued me was that her chest was covered in blush. I have never heard of women doing this. Is this supposed to make them look bigger? The thought of licking make-up would make me gag

I'm pretty sure. I'm by no means a make-up artist , but it sure looked like blush. It had the same brown, powdery texture that is consistent with what some women smother all over their face.

if i'm wearing like a v-neck or a lower cut shirt i might dust a little blush in that area as an afterthought when getting ready.....personally i think blush is one of the most important pieces as it makes your face look healthy and alive if done correctly.....so i add a little their to brighten up my skin.....but not directly on the boobs
