Woman needing advice

I am 45 hormone panel and bloodwork is stellar. I have been in the gym last 3 years and lifting for the last 1. I am disciplined I feel enough learning my body, macros, I do take creatine daily. I am proud of getting where I have today and understanding throwing out the scale 3 years ago was good. I am wanting to ask about anabolic a fb guy trainer is pushing them on me and I am not sure he is legit so I looked for some forums and found this one. The person suggested for my 12 week cut dbol, npp and nolvadex amounts 250mg atleast. I am wanting advice and opinions he also stated these are best for females compared to say one person offering me winstrol 300mg, anavar 25mg, tren 400mg, armidex 1mg, ultima- enan -250. I am just wanting to cut, loose fat and look more toned. I am a bit confused on these and would like some input.
I am 168lbs been the same weight but toned the last 2 years loosing inches 15 in one year is good. I want to get rid of the weight around the belly and inner thigh us ladies have on hips as well. I am an endomorph body... Thank you for your time I appreciate.
@letsbegreat123 you need to get a log journal going. that is how we help people on here by tracking you and changing things as you go
 
No doesnt have to be roids.. just heard they help or peptides help get more lean or cut like a tool you can add to assist.

@letsbegreat123 at your size and experience sister i suggest you start with a training nutrition log, we can help you from there

if you dont have your nutrition training cardio sleep and supplements dialed in, doing steroids will just harm you
please start a NEW thread with your training log for the EF family and we will guide you, put your training nutrition sleep supps and history and you will get amazing results with our family guidance for you

HOW-TO LOG?

  • To really guide you we need more info from you.
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
