At your age I would be worried about other health issues other than my joints hurting.
Like screwing up your lipids which winny is infamous for. Winny wrecked my lipids!
Get blood work done prior and after taking that compound.

Var drops my HDL into the teens. Tbol drops it into the twentys. Winny's not the only oral to tank HDL. Just because someone did a write-up some time ago which included a study where winny tanked HDL does not mean the other orals do not do it as well. Var is notorious for killing HDL.
