No, eating lots of food and lifting heavy weights puts on muscle. Did I ever say you were fat or even mention it? I was implying for your size you could get much bigger and leaner without the juice.
Not trying to be a douche bag, but you obviously don't know what you are doing. I don't understand how anyone could ever use steroids without knowing what they are putting in their bodies. These are extremely powerful hormones with some potentially nasty side effects. Drop the winny, learn how to diet and train properly before even considering using steroids. I you want to put on a quick 10 pounds, eat like a beast, do some squats, heavy deadlifts, heavy rows, bech press, oh and did I mention eat a lot? You'll put on size quickly that way.
Go to the diet forum and get help there. Learn what you need to eat, how much, and what NOT to eat as well.
Make a thread in the Weight Training section about what you are doing in the gym currently, get some critiquing, and some advice from the senior members and forget this thread was ever made.
