Winny dosage

Newbie here, I recently purchased some winstrol, a 30ml bottle, 50mg per shot. Now is there a way to tell if the winstrol is under dosed by how mcuh it seperates. The bottle I bought seperates pretty much almost half water, half substance. I did have another bottle that didn t seperate as quite as much, less than a quarter water to substance. Does this have anything to do with dosage.

It's really hard to tell just by looking at it.
Did you get it from same source or somewhere else?
