A stipulation of his trust is that he can receive "only" $100k per month unless its for a purchase of a residence.

Well, 100k a month if budgeted can be enough to live ok.

Buying property is a good deal when you can buy and either use it ir keep it to sell. I imagine the money he makes from the sale if he chooses to do so will either be returned to the trust or there is a provision where he gets to keep either all of it or a large portion for reinvestment.

Either way, he seems to be able to live well enough he can do what he wants. If he has a woman that he wants to spend time with then he will give her what she needs until he decides she is more trouble than she is worth or until they find each others company enjoyable for the long term.

Since I was in those situations in the past I have a little expereience there. Luckily I finally found a partner that didn't care as much about the money as she did about how she was treated. (cause I had shit when I got married)

I am sure this will play out so she will be able to leave with what she gets and a "severence package" So she will be just fine. And I doubt she has to get plowed to have sex, most women aren't wired that way. Course there might be one or two that are. I just never have come across any of them.
