Okay, regarding the Under water Bodyfat testing, 250 bucks and it takes 45 minutes to get there :) Now, The individual that did my bodyfat (caliper) December 9th, had me at 137lbs at 16.5%, that would mean my lean body mass would be 114.4lbs. She did it again today, January 3rd and its at 11.5% at 131lbs. Meaning my lean body mass is at 116lbs, so I have lost 5% body fat and gained 1.6lbs of muscle in less than a month, that's not too shaby is it? You have seen my diet and I am taking 10mg of bratis anavar daily and zero cardio. Just wanted to keep you up to date, and I don't really want to do monthly underwater testing, 250 bucks a month, heck no :) The girl that does my testing has competed in bodybuilding before and I think is very reliable. :) :)

$250 for underwater bodyfat testing? That sounds really expensive. I've had it done before and it's only cost me around $100. All in all I think calipers are a better way of estimating your bodyfat., along with how you look in the mirror. When I've done underwater bodyfat testing before I've had a hard time blowing out all of my air and keeping still while the reading were being taken...

BTW. Good progress. Keep up the good work sweet cheeks... :D

If they are measuring residual volume (not estimating), measuring total body water (with labeled water) and measuring bone density with DEXA to come up with a four-compartment model, then it's worth $250. Otherwise, that's way high.

The lab at the local university here was charging $15 for a UW + bod pod. It may have gone up, but probably not very much. Radiology was charging $150 for a DEXA not long ago.
